Matt and the Boys from his unit in the police force go snowboarding in Canada,
some great moments, lots of powder, Amazing crash at the end where both snowboards collide in mid air from the same jump.

Where can I find a good snowboarding helmet camera?

I want to get one for my boyfriend for christmas and i need to find a good one that will hold a lot of memory and is able to get wet. Please help me out!
oregon scientific has an inexpensive helmet cam that comes with different mounts. I got mine for $89…i’ve seen them lately for just under$100. they are battery operated and use an sd card. This is, to me, a better alternative to the more expensive cameras that require you to have another power source like a camcorder. Also it comes with a kit you use to make it water proof.

This is the third trailer for the Tachyon XC helmet cam. http://www.tachyoninc.com In this video we are featuring our new “goggle side mount”. Thanks to insight and idea’s from military personnel and local firefighters we have put into production this new mount that will be available for free to existing XC customers and included in the Tachyon XC package upon completion.
The mount can either be attached to the side of a helmet with Velcro or fit over a goggle strap. The design of the mount is curved on the inside to fit comfortably against your head.
This video is our second test of the mount and was used on the goggles and strapped around the leg above a snow boot in Park City Utah.

Matt said I was really impressed with the camera and the advice given to me before I bought by the team at cameras4sports the video is very sharp the colours are bright much better than i expected to be honest from such a small camera, I was amazed.

Best helmet cam for snowboarding or mountainbiking?

I’m looking for a helmet cam with DVR for the right price. I want to buy something under $500 but want all the features that allow me to be able to ride and not worry about cables, digging in my coat pocket for record and stop and is somewhat unnoticeable. I love the new Vio POV1 but at $8 bills it’s too much for my tastes. So what is the next best helmet camera for the price and features?
maxim in it’s current issue with ms. geller on the cover had a good one inside unfortunately i don’t have the mag anymore, but check it out/
