Whats the difference between a ski helmet and a snowboarding helmet?

I am looking for a baby blue helmet and I ski. i found a good snowboarding helmet that i like. is there a difference between the two?
There isn’t any difference other than the buyers that they are marketed toward – they both have the same protection ratings, usually have insulation and ventilation features, and are made by the same companies.
I ski and ride in the same helmet (a Giro Fuse) – I love it for it’s built-in speakers and single lever ventilation adjustment.
